Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused and in their original condition;

  • fragrance, beauty, and personal-care products must remain unopened, unsprayed, and sealed where applicable;

  • items must include their original packaging, accessories, and tags when applicable;

  • proof of purchase may be required;

  • the return request must follow the instructions in our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or required to be returned at our expense under applicable law.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
